5 | Do you provide alternative avenues and methods for people to request an adjustment? |
6 | How long does it take from request to review and implementation? |
7 | Is information security maintained? |
8 | Do you review people’s adjustment experiences and consult with your resource groups and network? |
9 | Does the process effectively engage and link in with relevant teams (i.e. Recruitment, Work Health and Safety, Return-to-Work, Facilities, Disability and Inclusion) |
10 | Are all levels of the business aware, onboard and championing its role in building a culture of inclusion. |
