Whether it be building-specific accessible features, technology, ergonomic aids or requiring additional support, the workplace adjustment request form is the first step in supporting the person to create a safe and productive work environment.

Facilitating the Passport
Once the request is made our platform goes to work. Our customisable workflow, notification and approval system create efficiencies in the process so that time can be spent in maintaining a person-centered approach. Once approved the Passport is generated. With the information centralised, ongoing support and management of an employee’s adjustments is a simple process.
